Every astrologer is verified
ID, qualification and a live test reading before they are listed. Reviews are only from paid sessions.
Billing stops when you do
Charged per completed minute. If the call drops, billing pauses and unused balance returns to your wallet.
Private by default
Calls are never recorded. Your birth details go only to the astrologer you choose to consult.
Questions Before You Book
Your first consultation on AstroShakti is free for the first 3 minutes with any astrologer. The timer starts once the astrologer joins, not when you tap connect. After 3 minutes you are asked once whether to continue at the per-minute rate.
Say so at the start of the session. Several astrologers work with birth-time rectification, and numerology, tarot and Prashna readings do not need a birth time at all. Filter by those skills if you are unsure.
Charging is per completed minute and stops the moment either side ends the session. The running cost is shown on screen throughout. Anything unused stays in your wallet.
Billing pauses immediately. You have 5 minutes to reconnect to the same astrologer at no extra charge; if you cannot, the unused balance returns to your wallet automatically.
Chat transcripts are visible only to you and the astrologer. Calls are not recorded. Your birth details are shared only with the astrologer you consult.
If a session was cut short by a technical fault on our side, the minutes are credited back automatically. For anything else, raise a ticket within 48 hours and support will review it.
